We advised the software company Erply on the acquisition of Edicy from the technology company TextMagic.

Edicy owns the website-building platform Voog. Voog aims to be the most convenient and user-friendly solution for creating and managing websites and e-commerce sites. A no-code website builder, it currently has around 5,000 clients.

Erply’s CEO Robert Jacob explained that the company sees strong potential in this convenient platform for creating and managing websites, for automating work for customers. “Our goal is to complement the existing features and provide an even better experience for users,” Jacob said. “We will continue to develop the service in cooperation with the current team to begin offering the product in the US market.”

Erply offers cloud-based, full-featured point-of-sale (POS) solutions, which have helped it become a recognised leader in the retail POS space, processing billions of annual transactions and supporting over 100,000 stores across the globe in over 15 different languages.
