About me

I am an assistant lawyer with the Corporate and M&A practice. I mainly assist lawyers in advising our clients, preparing relevant documentation and analysing merger agreements and other legal matters. 

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Innovation and creativity. I like to think “outside the box”, to find innovative solutions that would make everyday life easier and simplify cooperation with our clients. I am not afraid to take on tasks that require a special approach and to do things that have not been done before.

Self-development and determination. I am constantly trying to develop myself both in the legal field and in my personal life. No matter how difficult something is, I know that I can do it and I will do my work with the highest possible quality. I have done internships in different law firms and tested myself in different areas of law. I also started my journey in Sorainen first as an intern.
