About me

As a counsel and a member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Sector Group, my key area of expertise are mergers and acquisitions.

Professional highlights

Landmark transactions. I have participated as counsel for both sellers and buyers in major cross-border M&A deals in Latvia, representing listed and non-listed companies alike. The business sectors where these transactions have taken place include real estate development, construction, the IT and banking sector, retail and energy.

Restructuring and insolvency. I have been involved in restructuring projects, assisting creditors to restructure loans as well as advising debtors in insolvency matters.

Serving on legal committee. I serve on one of the three legal committees of the Latvian Venture Capital Association, the financial instruments group.
