We are pleased to announce that our partner, Kaupo Lepasepp, has been chosen to be a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association.

Advisory role in administrative law issues

The Administrative Law Committee is a committee formed on the basis of § 6 (1) of the Code of Procedure of the Estonian Bar Association with the aim of assisting and advising the organisations and members of the Bar Association in law-making and practical issues relating administrative law, the analysis of the relevant legislation and legal practices, and the drafting of amendments.

Contributing in several fields

Other members of our team represented in committees of the Estonian Bar Association are counsel Pirkko-Liis Harkmaa (Ethics and Methodology Committee and Employment Law Committee), partner Allar Jõks (Fundamental Rights Committee), partner Karin Madisson (Chairman of the Commercial Law Committee), partner Piret Jesse ( Commercial Law Committee), partner Mihkel Miidla (Intellectual Property and IT Law Committee) and senior associate Piibe Lehtsaar (Competition Law Committee). Partner Piret Jesse also serves on the board of the Estonian Bar Association.

The Estonian Bar Association, established in 1919, is a self-governing professional association acting on local government administrative principles for the organisation of the provision of legal service in private and public interest and defending the professional rights of attorneys.
