About me

I am a senior associate specialising in labour law. I believe that the constantly evolving employment requirements of today create the inevitable need for lawyers to adapt. As a result, I have gained experience not only in traditional employment processes – such as ensuring document compliance and handling disputes with employees – but also with topics that have gained prominence among employers, such as employee wellbeing, equal pay, and discrimination issues. I enjoy analysing risks and discussing various topics that are only just beginning to make their way onto employers’ agendas.

Professional highlights

Documentation and relationships. The saying goes that Rome will never be complete, and it’s just the same with employment legislation. Ensuring compliance of employment documents, as well as the relationships which they govern (including more specific ones such as board members, royalty recipients, platform workers, etc.), has always been a part of my core responsibilities and undoubtedly will remain so.

Equal pay. Since the draft directive was introduced in 2021, I’ve been closely following developments related to ensuring equal pay. During this time, I’ve kept clients informed by providing training and publishing reports, in order to find solutions to the most pressing equity issues.

Burnout and psychosocial workplace risks. I believe it’s important for lawyers to be involved in identifying these risks related to the work environment – especially as public awareness and workplace culture evolve, which will inevitably lead to changes in legislation. In recent years, I’ve worked on projects that help understand how to protect both employees and employers.
