Professional highlights

Real estate. I contribute to the conclusion of various real estate transactions and help clients resolve real estate disputes, including the preparation of documents for judicial proceedings. Before joining the Sorainen team, I gained valuable experience working as a lawyer at one of the largest Lithuanian companies, where I had to negotiate transactions and prepare various construction, operation, design and lease transactions.

Gambling law. I am interested in gambling and intellectual property rights. In my legal practice, I have advised Lithuanian and foreign clients on the development of gambling businesses in the Baltic region. I assist business entities in obtaining operating licences, as well as advising clients on regulatory gambling issues in the Baltic States.

Experience at non-governmental organisations. While studying, I was an active member of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA); I continued my activity in the Revision Committee of ELSA Lithuania for a year after graduating. After the end of my official term, I continued to actively participate in the activities of the organisation as a member of the ELSA Lithuania Alumni.
