Advising leading international pharmaceutical companies. Reimbursement for medication, clinical trials, licensing, advertising, negotiations with institutions or partners, drafting contracts and compliance documents, disputes, drafting legislation – I have well-rounded experience in assisting leading international and Lithuanian pharmaceutical companies in diverse matters.
Medical law. I advise healthcare institutions on regulatory and commercial law aspects plus represent them in communication with public authorities and patients. I am also actively involved in the legislative processes in this field.
Commercial contracts. I assist clients in drafting commercial sales, service and other contracts; I also represent them in disputes concerning execution of contracts and interpretation of their provisions.
Data protection. Regulation in this area is relevant to all commercial activities. In-depth knowledge of data protection matters enables me to provide well-rounded services to our clients and help them avoid related risks. I have extensive experience in advising companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors on data protection issues, including advising on implementation of processes to ensure compliance with the GDPR and preparation of related documents.
