As a member of our Corporate and M&A team in Estonia, I provide support on corporate, employment and migration law matters. Enthusiastic to solve problems and find different possibilities to help clients succeed, I value accuracy, quality and correctness in my work and approach situations and assignments systematically.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.
Covering full employment relationship. I am experienced in providing assistance covering the entire life cycle of an employment relationship, from drafting employment contracts to termination issues, and everything else the employer may encounter during the relationship. Some key elements I work on include flexible employment relations, special agreements with employees, remote work issues, labour disputes, transfer of enterprises, collective employment relationships, as well as occupational health and safety matters.
Employees in other countries. I have helped our clients unify employment documentation within the countries they do business in, providing support on posting employees to work inside and outside the European Union and the European Economic Area and other cross-border work matters. Similarly, I provide support in migration issues, including registering short-term employment and obtaining temporary residence permits to work in Estonia.
Support in service relationships. I am experienced in providing legal support in other types of service relationships similar to employment, such as relationships with members of governing bodies of companies (for example, advising on drawing up management board or supervisory board member agreements), other authorisation agreements and contracts for services.
Helping with LDDs. I have been part of several legal due diligence (LDD) processes in the course of company mergers and acquisitions, helping clients to identify legal risks in employment and corporate matters.
Assistance with corporate matters. I also advise on various corporate matters, such as establishment of companies, corporate governance, and relationships between shareholders among other.
