About me

As a member of the Corporate and M&A team, I assist our associates with employment issues. Being on the Corporate and M&A team gives me an opportunity to deal with several areas of law, like employment disputes and also life sciences related issues.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers assist the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Desire to learn and develop. I want to constantly improve and develop in diverse legal matters. During my bachelor’s studies, I was active for two years in the area of seminars and conferences on the board of ELSA Tartu, during which I organised events for students on a variety of legal topics. I am a graduate of Sorainen Student Academy and in 2020 I also participated in the Estonian moot court competition.

Criminal law. I have been interested in criminal law all my life. This interest led me to write my bachelor’s thesis about the reasons behind amendments to the offence of rape. Additionally, I have moderated an ELSA event about criminal law. With my interest in criminal law, I try to get involved as much as possible in resolving criminal law matters.

Teamwork. I have always appreciated good teamwork and so have participated in many projects, which has allowed me to work with various people. At Sorainen, a strong and supportive work environment and team are highly valued, which in return helps me to develop.
