About me

As a senior associate, I serve the firm’s clients in employment and corporate law matters and am also involved in most of the high-profile cases handled by our Corporate and M&A team.

Professional highlights

Range of employment and management matters. I advise clients on issues concerning employment law and everyday company management, on contracts between companies and members of their managing bodies, and on company formation and liquidation. My experience includes advising clients on cross-border deals, top level management missions to Estonia and abroad, special arrangements with key employees, transfer of enterprises, unifying codes of conduct worldwide, labour disputes and on working environment.

Extensive studies. As an exchange student I studied at the law faculty of the University of Konstanz in Germany and gained professional experience on an internship programme at Clifford Chance in Frankfurt am Main, Europe’s second largest financial centre. I also took part in the European Lawyers Programme at the Faculty of Advocates in Edinburgh, where I gained first-hand experience of the adversarial system, also developing advocacy and legal English skills, working together with senior Scottish judges and lawyers.

Advising German-speaking clientele. Before joining the firm, I practised in a law firm dealing particularly with German-speaking clients. My previous legal work before law firms largely focused on the field of insurance and transportation.
