About me
I lead technology-driven change management at Sorainen, focusing on AI, digital transformation, and firmwide upskilling. I guide the adoption of emerging technologies and embed innovation into the firm’s operating model, culture, and performance metrics.
My responsibilities include directing large scale transformation programmes, managing vendor selection and technology partnerships, implementing AI-enabled solutions, overseeing innovation roadmaps, driving process improvements, facilitating capability building programmes, and reporting on technology strategy to senior leadership.
Professional highlights
Unique perspective. My years of hands on experience have given me a unique perspective on how technology and transformation intersect with legal work. Having worked as a lawyer myself, I understand the demands, pressures, and expectations that shape how legal professionals deliver the services.
I can tailor solutions that are not only innovative but also practical, intuitive, and aligned with how work gets done. Having worked closely across functions and jurisdictions, I know where friction typically arises and how to design changes that people will adopt, not resist. This allows me to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that new technologies and processes deliver real value rather than adding complexity.
