Regulated Markets and Competition Litigation. I have more than ten years of experience participating in some of the most significant competition and regulated market litigation cases to date, representing clients before all instances of the national courts, as well as on several occasions before the Court of Justice of the European Union. I have particular expertise in the technology, aviation, automotive, energy, postal services, construction and pharmaceutical sectors.

Intellectual Property Litigation and Consultancy. I have provided full-scale legal support to clients during several major patent and copyright disputes, as well as advising on the implementation of technology projects across various industries. I have particular experience in IT project implementation and related disputes. The majority of my patent litigation cases have been in the pharmaceutical sector, representing leading global companies from the USA, Germany, Israel and other jurisdictions.

Gaming and Entertainment Industries. I have gained wide recognition in all legal matters related to the gaming and entertainment sectors, assisting industry leaders in navigating regulatory requirements, and representing clients in disputes with supervisory, state and municipal authorities (including successful cases against state and municipal bodies), as well as advising on marketing activities and the overall regulatory environment of the entertainment and sports industries.

Healthcare and Life Sciences. I advise participants in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors on day-to-day operational matters, including cooperation with the Health Inspectorate, the State Agency of Medicines and the National Health Service in relation to reimbursement agreements, co-financing aspects of state-reimbursed medicines, and clinical trials, as well as procurements of registered and unregistered medicines. In this sector, I have also represented international pharmaceutical companies during complex patent litigation.

Venture Capital and Private Equity. I particularly enjoy working with the venture capital and private equity sectors, providing legal and strategic support to both emerging and established market players on their path toward unicorn status. I have played a significant role in several of the most notable investment deals in recent years.
