About me

As an associate with the firm’s Employment team, I advise clients on a wide range of employment matters. I also specialise in immigration law and dispute resolution. My comprehensive experience helps solve complex employment issues and provide the right solutions to clients.

Professional highlights

All aspects of employment law. I advise local and international clients from diverse industries on all aspects of employment law, including concluding and terminating employment agreements, confidentiality and non-compete matters, employee data protection and cooperation with employee representatives. My daily work also includes helping clients to put all employment policies in place either by adapting them to local requirements or by preparing them from the ground up, as well as providing continuous support in daily HR situations.

Help with immigration law. Being well versed in migration matters allows me to help clients and their employees to successfully and smoothly obtain residence and work permits. I advise clients throughout the whole immigration process, including finding the best option for working in Lithuania or starting a business here and preparing all the necessary documents.

Dispute resolution. I have experience in representing clients in employment disputes, such as unlawful termination, disciplinary matters, employee liability and collective relations. My role includes participation in deciding a case strategy and preparation of legal documents.

Experience representing students. During studies, I headed the university’s Students’ Representation Department while also being a member of university commissions and committees. This challenging experience helped develop my project management, communication and problem solving skills, as well as personal qualities that serve me in my daily work.
