About me

I am a senior associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction team. I advise clients on real estate and construction contracting legal matters, and also specialise in construction and real estate insurance. I worked as a lawyer at an insurance company for more than ten years, where I gained experience in representing the company in court and deepened my expertise in the field of insurance law.

Professional highlights

Extensive experience in dispute resolution. I represented one of the largest Lithuanian insurance companies in negotiations, mediation proceedings and court disputes over compensation for damages, modification of contracts and awarding of insurance benefits. I also represented clients in disputes regarding the carrying out of public contracts and the interpretation of FIDIC terms.

Liability of participants in the construction projects. My field of expertise covers execution of contracts and professional liability – including insurance and damage compensation matters. I also advise clients on related events and disputes.

Insurance law. My experience in insurance law includes drafting terms and conditions of insurance contracts, assessing the scope and risk of insurance, and advising on the conclusion of insurance contracts and claim regulation. I also drafted amendments to insurance legislation and participated in coordinating them with the responsible authorities.
