About me

As a member of our Finance & Insurance team, I assist attorneys with a variety of complex issues involving financial law. With a high level of attention to detail, I focus on financial services, capital markets, FinTech and AML among others.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Constant personal development. I am constantly looking for opportunities to improve my skills. I represented the University of Tartu at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition, I was the Vice President for Academic Activities of ELSA Estonia, and I am a graduate of Sorainen Student Academy. In addition, I have many certificates from the top universities in the world, e.g. Harvard University and the University of Michigan.

Wide legal experience. Having previously trained at Baltic law firms in various fields of law (e.g. Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Corporate and M&A), I know the functioning of law firms inside out.

Legal writing. I have written many articles about legal issues for popular newspapers and I co-authored a competition law case report that will be published in Oxford Competition Law. In addition, I won the grand prize in the University of Tartu’s Wikipedia article contest “Eestikeelne õigusteaduskond 100” with my article on legal remedies.
