About me

As an associate with the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Employment practices, I assist senior colleagues mainly with drafting corporate documents as well as analysing diverse employment matters.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Continuous self-development. I am a true believer in lifelong learning and continuous self-development. Thus, I aim to constantly challenge myself with new tasks, learning more about different fields of law. While my focus is currently on corporate and employment law, I am actively working on developing my knowledge base. Previously I have interned at both the Public Prosecutor’s Office as well as in the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court, to learn more about criminal law. Being passionate about international law, I wrote my thesis on the legal standing of the employees of private military companies. I am also a graduate of the Sorainen Student Academy.

Teamwork enthusiast. I value teamwork and actively try to participate in projects where co-operation is pan-Baltic or across different teams. I believe this helps me deepen my knowledge base in terms of both various legal fields, as well as project management and teamwork.
