Public procurement, PPP and EU financing. As head of the firm’s Public Procurement & Public Projects practice in our firm I also specialize in public procurement, public private partnership (PPP) and EU financing. I have extensive experience in structuring projects and public procurement procedures, drafting tender offers and contract documents, representing clients in pre-trial and judicial public procurement and other related disputes. I advise major construction, infrastructure, energy, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, technology, food and other sector companies and contracting authorities. I also regularly conduct external seminars on public procurement issues and other related topics and provide professional assistance to both businesses and public entities.
