About me

I am Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sorainen and a member of the firm’s board. Together with our managing partner, I am in overall charge of the firm‘s operational development and execution as well as our regional integration across all four countries where we are established.  I am responsible for firm-wide business services, strategy, finance, people development, knowledge management, IT, compliance and other administrative departments and am keenly interested in all aspects of digital transformation.

Professional highlights

Creating a truly integrated organisation. Dedicated to further strengthening Sorainen’s regional integration among its offices, I employ my experience in implementing large-scale international reorganisation and merger projects. As CFO and management member of Nordea Baltics I led a change management process to reorganize country-based organization to a pan Baltic setup. I was also a workstream lead in charge of finance, regulatory reporting, taxation and treasury areas during the Nordea/DNB merger project which resulted in today’s Luminor bank.

Experienced manager. I have over 20 years of professional experience in the financial industry in senior management positions. For the four years before joining Sorainen I was a member of the Nordea Baltics management board, where I was responsible for finance and strategy as well as the bank’s business planning and organisational development.

People focused organisation. As a strong believer in the value of positive feedback, coaching and mentoring, I encourage and support our leaders in applying these principles. This practice leads to a winning culture and empowering team members to utilise their strengths and potential.

Encouraging women’s leadership.  As an active member of the “Lyderė” (“Leader”) Association and a board member with the “Go Forward Academy”, I actively promote successful career development and leadership among women. I believe that diverse teams contribute to a more varied set of collective intelligence in organisations and that a strong correlation exists between diversity and company financial performance.
