About me

I assist our firm’s attorneys in preparing corporate and employment documentation, and in handling a variety of corporate and employment matters. I have experience in handling insurance cases in the area of shipowner’s liability, carrier’s liability and freight forwarder’s liability. I am active in writing articles as well as preparing and producing podcasts on insurance topics.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers assist the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Sharing experience. I believe that together we are smarter. I regularly contribute to society by writing various articles and overviews on employment, company, and insurance law in order to provide practical advice to entrepreneurs on important legal issues.

Passion for insurance law. A special area of interest for me is insurance law and in the future, I hope to help clients solve various problems in the field. I consider it important to inform customers about possible preventive actions to protect themselves and to support them in resolving claims.

Meaningful dialogue. Before joining Sorainen, I worked as an interpreter for almost 10 years at the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board, helping to establish dialogues between different parties. As a result, I have an excellent ability to lead even the most intense negotiations between two parties.
