About me

I am a trial counsel skilled in handling contentious matters at both national and international levels, as well as regulatory investigations. With over 10 years’ experience resolving complex, high-profile disputes, I always aim to produce creative, pragmatic solutions and manage clients’ risk in an increasingly challenging legal environment. I am particularly skilled in disputes under the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, competition and regulatory disputes, and in tailored advice in bankruptcy proceedings.

Professional highlights

Exemplary litigator. Over the years, representing clients in civil and arbitral proceedings, frequently international in nature, I have been involved in many wonderful projects concerning assets worth millions of euros, offering full scale support in and beyond proceedings.

Competition enthusiast. I am sharp in and passionate about advising on competition matters related to distribution and retail chain operations.

Proficient insolvency practitioner. As a member of a panel of trusted advisors to one of the largest banks in the Baltic States, I gained significant experience in advising on insolvency matters and representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Sharing inspiration. For over a decade I have been lecturing at the Belarusian State University and ‒ occasionally ‒ at the Presidential Administration Academy. I am reflective about my practice in mass media and often appear as a speaker at important legal events, constantly share knowledge with in-house lawyers at topical seminars. I also co-authored a number of study books for law students.
