About me
I am a member of Sorainen’s Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team. I have extensive knowledge of media law and have represented both media outlets and private individuals in disputes involving the correction of false information and claims for non‑pecuniary damages arising from defamation.
I advise clients on day‑to‑day corporate governance and general contract law matters. I also have experience in company formation, mergers, divisions and liquidation, and have participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
