About me

As an associate with the firm’s Finance & Insurance team, I focus on insurance and reinsurance law related issues. Having started to specialise in this field in 2013, I have a wide scope of practical knowledge in insurance regulatory matters and claims handling. I am also interested in ESG topics and advise insurers on the implementation of the sustainable finance disclosure requirements (SFDR, taxonomy regulations and related legislation).

Professional highlights

Deep knowledge of insurance sector products. Specializing in insurance law since the beginning of my career, I have gained systematic and practical knowledge in adjusting and adapting insurance rules, preparing comparisons of the rules, and analysing insurance products offered by foreign and local insurance companies.

Experience in insurance claim management. Prior to joining Sorainen, I worked extensively in Personal Accident Insurance, Carrier Liability (CMR), Cargo Insurance (CARGO), General Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance and other insurance claims management areas. Through this experience, I not only learned the subtleties of claims management and cooperation with foreign experts, but also gained additional practical knowledge in the medical, transport and real estate sectors.

Comprehensive approach to every task. I believe that in order to meet client expectations, excellent legal knowledge must be combined with the ability to reconcile the interests of different parties, management of expectations and attention to detail. Over several years of working in the field of insurance law, I have developed excellent negotiation, communication and stress management skills.
