About me

As a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group, I focus on a diverse range of legal work related to intellectual property matters, employment matters, corporate structures and reorganisations, M&A transactions and competition issues related thereto. I also have extensive experience in liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings.

Professional highlights

Diverse IP services portfolio. I have worked with a wide range of IP-related issues: from transfer of IP rights and participating in due diligence on IT companies to dealing with work-for-hire IP transfer and assisting clients in protecting their IP rights.

Pharma expertise. By assisting clients from the pharmaceutical sector with regulatory and compliance matters I have attained significant expertise in various aspects of this specific field, including various issues related to medicine pricing, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance etc.

M&A. I have participated in M&A projects in different fields, including IT. Fields of particular interest to me are legal due diligence and competition matters.
