We have a vast combined knowledge of sovereign debt transactions, issues of corporate bonds (including the green ones) and initial public offerings. Connecting international expertise with local hands-on knowledge, we have helped Nasdaq in creating the first cross-border central securities depository in Europe under the new CSDR regime; we have developed close-out netting legislation in Lithuania in cooperation with ISDA; and we are developing covered bond legislation for all three of the Baltic States to make a new funding tool available for banks, and to make a new asset class available for investors.
