We structure and co-ordinate all aspects of real estate deals, from transaction structuring to bank financing, collateralisation and closing the deal. Regularly assisting tenants and real estate owners in negotiating lease agreements, we know what businesses need and how they think when it comes to lease arrangements. Our team advises on structuring expansion and reduction options, lease extensions and terminations. We also help real estate owners prepare and negotiate property management and facility management agreements which represent best international practices and secure the interests of the owners. Additionally, our experience includes assisting real estate developers and brand-name hotels with different matters related to hotel management agreements.
Our real estate experts are always part of the team assisting clients in PPP or PFI matters, this means that we have been involved in many large infrastructure projects, including pieces of social infrastructure, such as schools and police structural units.
