In 2025 our firm turns 30, and we are looking forward to celebrating this milestone year with our clients and cooperation partners!
“While our strategy has remained unaltered since the very beginning – building a leading law firm working as one integrated team across the Baltic region – our true dedication to our home countries and pursuit of excellence & innovation has inspired us to drive change in our markets and beyond for better service of our clients and growth of prosperity in the region. Thank you to our clients and cooperation partners, for travelling with us on this journey!”
Eva Berlaus, Managing Partner

We are driving change in society by:
- contributing to the defence of our region through advising defence sector companies, contributing to defence-related legislation, and implementing an organisational culture that supports individual participation by our people in defence structures and projects
- speaking up as opinion leaders in the media about essential topics such as human rights, economic freedom, etc.
- providing pro bono legal advice through our Shared Mission and Free Legal Clinic programmes
- supporting law students in their studies and career development by way of scholarships, the Sorainen Student Academy, and other initiatives
30-year journey from a one-room office in Tallinn to pan-Baltic success
“In 1995, with a borrowed computer in a small one-room office in Tallinn, I envisioned building a pan-Baltic law firm. Not only has that vision become a reality, but over the past 30 years the firm has helped tens of thousands of entrepreneurs in a wide range of business matters. Work becomes a privilege when it is driven by a meaningful purpose. Our core purpose – increasing prosperity in the region by helping clients succeed in business – embodies this belief. This inspiring goal has guided our efforts and united our exceptional team, enabling us to achieve remarkable things together, to make an impact and drive change.”
