Juulika Aavik, an associate, specialises in corporate and employment law and in dispute resolution.

Juulika has advised clients on company formation and questions relating to everyday company management, also on contracts between a company and members of the managing body, on mergers, sale of shareholding, liquidation and bankruptcy. She has represented clients in disputes, including between shareholders and between management and shareholders, and has experience in conducting special audit.

Juulika has also advised clients on employment law-related questions and has represented clients before the Labour Dispute Committee.
