We advised SIRIN Development, a logistics real estate developer, on the sale of a strategic logistics and transport site in Vilnius to the passenger transport company TOKS.
The sold 42,000 m² site will be transformed into a modern electric commercial vehicle service center, featuring an electric vehicle charging depot, a technical maintenance and service center, including infrastructure to accommodate over 300 commercial vehicles, and a training unit for new drivers.
This strategic acquisition will result in the development of the largest electric commercial vehicle service center in the region.
