Professional highlights

Assistance with providing legal services. I assist other team members with advising local and international companies on corporate law and M&A transaction matters. I also assist in the preparation of company incorporation, restructuring and merger documents, as well as other documents related to corporate law. I am also a member of the ThinkTank team and often assist lawyers in other practice groups. I work on projects that require analytical thinking and diligence in a wide range of areas.

Continuous learning in diverse areas of law. I believe that continuous professional development and knowledge enhancement are integral parts of the legal profession. That is why I constantly improve my knowledge and practical skills by participating in various conferences, trainings and competitions. I seek to deepen my knowledge not only in my current area of practice but also in other areas of law. In 2020, I completed Harvard Law School’s CopyrightX course on Intellectual Property.

Academic knowledge of M&A law. In 2021, I participated in the Consensus Contractual Staging Competition, which included a general M&A seminar, Baltic practice and statistics analysis, contract drafting and a final negotiation competition. During these sessions, I deepened my knowledge of M&A transactions, familiarised myself with Baltic market trends and improved my negotiating skills.
