We are advising UAB Navicko Klinika on the sale of 100% of its shares to medical clinic network InMedica which is owned by Finnish social and healthcare services provider Mehiläinen. The transaction is subject to clearance by the Lithuanian Competition Council.
InMedica and its affiliated companies provide healthcare, dental and medical laboratory testing services in Lithuania. The company operates the “Meliva” clinic network and the “Clinic | DPC” dental clinic network in Lithuania.
Navicko Klinika operates in Klaipėda and provides healthcare, dental and medical laboratory testing services.
