About me

As a member of the M&A, Corporate and Employment team, I assist lawyers in their daily work, supporting colleagues in preparing transaction, corporate and employment law documents, and in drafting legal analyses.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Broad experience. I believe that a good lawyer doesn’t limit themselves to just one field of law but keeps an open and versatile perspective. Alongside private law, I have gained experience in criminal and administrative law. During my internship at the Prosecutor’s Office, I gained insight into the practical application of criminal law — both in the prosecutor’s office and in the courtroom. My administrative law internship at a county hospital’s procurement department introduced me to the process and responsibilities involved in public procurement. Completing the year-long Sorainen Student Academy programme and being part of Sorainen’s ThinkTank team have deepened my understanding of legal work across different fields and supported my development as a lawyer capable of handling complex cases.

Communication. Clear and open communication is, to me, the foundation of effective teamwork and client relationships. I value a work environment where colleagues support one another and are encouraged to grow professionally. My experience in the HR department of one of Estonia’s largest retail companies showed me how many challenges can be resolved through honest dialogue — and how it helps an organisation reach its goals faster.

Open mindset. When working with clients or in a team, I find it essential to maintain an open mind and to approach every situation with understanding and a focus on solutions. I find it essential to consider the person and the broader context behind every case to understand its unique aspects and wider impact.
