We organised a practical employment law seminar for Wise’s employee relations team, focusing on the most pressing legal issues in today’s workplace.
The training was delivered in an interactive format, featuring group discussions on topics that affect international employers and those in rapidly evolving industries on a daily basis – ranging from recruitment, lawful management of employment relationships, and dispute prevention to flexible work arrangements. We also explored how to create a work environment that promotes diversity in the team and takes the different needs of employees into account.
The aim of the seminar was to provide Wise’s ER team with a practical overview of the current legal framework and case law to support informed decision-making in day-to-day ER work.
