As part of last year’s Shared Mission project, we provided pro bono legal assistance to MILDEC PRO, an innovative defence industry company. The aim was to structure MILDEC PRO for investment and public procurement.
MILDEC PRO focuses on producing lightweight, convincing and easily deployable military decoys for high-value targets. The use of military decoys is a tactic that has gained widespread approbation in the war in Ukraine, with the Estonian Ministry of Defence highlighting the use of decoys as an important factor in military strategy.
Our services and client team
We advised MILDEC PRO on preparing the shareholding structure and internal documentation in order to commence fundraising processes and participate in large-scale public procurement projects.
