EU digital policy expertise. I find the ever-changing field of Technology, Media & Telecommunications especially compelling and have had the pleasure of advising some of the biggest players in this sector and numerous local tech startups, making sure legal matters help, not hinder their innovative ideas and growth. My experience at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology enables me to have unique insight into the EU’s digital policy, thus helping clients navigate the increasingly complex field of technology regulation.

Understanding business needs. I have been involved in interdisciplinary projects such as the film and media law summer school at the University of Łódź and am continuously trying to deepen my knowledge of technology, media, and entertainment matters on a practical level. Understanding business and the technologies behind products and services gives me a better grasp of clients’ business and helps me offer actionable advice on complicated legal matters clearly and concisely. Having advised both established FAAMG companies and local startups, I understand clients’ needs at every step of their journey to becoming a unicorn.

Intellectual property covered. I take a special interest in intellectual property law, having researched the use of trademarks in audiovisual works and the exercise of copyright in the context of disruptive audiovisual content distribution technologies during my bachelor’s and master’s studies. In addition to audiovisual content matters, I enjoy legal puzzles related to the intersection of technology and intellectual property.
