We advised the investment management company INVL Asset Management during a key stage of the private equity fund formation process – the onboarding of the major institutional investors, the European Investment Fund (EIF) and pension funds, managed by asset management companies of Luminor bank, into INVL Private Equity Fund II. The fund is an important part of Invalda INVL Group’s broader private equity investment strategy, focused on acquiring and growing businesses across the Baltic region. The fund is a core vehicle in the strategy of Invalda INVL Group to expand its presence in the Baltic private equity market, with total committed capital reaching EUR 305 million.

Our work included legal support in drafting fund formation documents as well as advising on the negotiation, alignment and signing of related transaction documentation.
