About me

As an associate with the firm’s Finance and Insurance team, I advise local and international clients on financial law and capital market matters.

Professional highlights

Specialisation in capital markets. I mostly work on projects related to issuing and listing bonds – I assist colleagues in preparing related documents, conduct research and select the required information as well as analyse of legal acts.

Professional experience in court and notary office. Before joining Sorainen, I interned at a court, where I prepared court decisions and other documents. I also did an internship at a notary office, where I assisted my colleagues in preparing powers of attorney, wills and contracts.

Professional interest and growth in various areas of law. I am interested in various areas of law and in the US legal system, which has led to attending several courses organised by Harvard Law School. I am also a member of the ThinkTank team, which enables me to work with colleagues from different practice groups.
