About me
As a counsel and attorney-at-law specialising in the fields of finance and capital markets, I advise businesses and investors on structuring local and international financing transactions and issuing securities. I also assist clients in structuring and licensing investment funds and asset managers. In 2023, The Legal 500 rated me as a Rising Star in the field of Banking, Finance and capital Markets.
Professional highlights
Capital Markets. My experience includes assisting clients in major private and public bond placement transactions as well as advising issuers on various requirements of the public offering and market abuse legal acts.
Fund Structuring and Investment. I have worked closely with investment funds in conducting the legal due diligence procedures of their investment targets and structuring their investment agreements. I have also led asset managers and funds through the licensing procedure, as well as conducted several restructurings.
Bank Financing. My experience in advising international banking institutions focuses on drafting loan and security agreements for financing Lithuanian targets as well as structuring the Lithuanian leg of international financing transactions.
Aviation Financing. I have worked extensively with foreign aviation companies in aircraft lease transactions, including registration of title and security interests in Lithuania, as well as the sale of aircraft.
