We advised a US-based industrial manufacturing company, Vontier, on the divestiture to TSG of the service operations of its portfolio company, Gilbarco Veeder-Root, across eight countries. The divestiture includes service operations in the UK, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania.

Bringing together the strengths of both companies

By combining Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s trusted customer partnerships and operational legacy with TSG’s growing European platform, both companies reinforce their ability to deliver consistent, high-quality services and to accelerate the energy transition for mobility across Europe.

As noted by Jean-Marc Bianchi, CEO of TSG: “We are proud to welcome these highly skilled teams and to extend our operational reach across Northern and Eastern Europe. This step strengthens our ambition to be the trusted partner for all mobility energy infrastructures.”

With over 8,000 employees and revenues exceeding USD 3.2 billion in 2022, Vontier is a major player in industrial manufacturing. Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a global technology leader in retail and commercial fuelling solutions, offers a range of integrated solutions which is among the most comprehensive, whether on the forecourt, at a convenience store or at head office.

TSG is Europe’s leading provider of technical services for sustainable mobility, playing a key role in advancing the energy transition within and beyond the mobility sector. As of April 2025, TSG employed over 6,400 people, and its sales had reached EUR 1.25 billion.
