About me
I am a qualified lawyer with experience in competition law. I provide legal consultations, particularly on merger control, abuse of dominance, and anticompetitive agreements. In addition, I work on matters involving state aid, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and data protection.
Professional highlights
Competition law. I have been working on competition law matters – mergers, abuse of dominance, and various types of agreements – for over five years. During this period, I have also developed an understanding of case analysis from the perspective of the Competition Council. I have strong expertise in e-commerce, mobile applications, and other digital platform markets, which are increasingly centre stage for competition regulators.
Digital Markets Act. I also work across various areas of IT law, with expertise covering the application of the Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, Data Act, and cybersecurity regulations. This knowledge has been developed through traineeships at European Commission institutions, advanced academic studies, and practical legal experience.
