About me

I am an experienced tax advisor, having spent over 14 years working on international and domestic tax, transfer pricing, and tax structuring. I specialise in complex cross-border matters, including corporate restructuring, transfer pricing compliance, and strategic tax planning

Professional highlights

International tax structuring. I have led numerous high-impact projects involving international tax structuring and tax due diligence for M&A transactions, as well as private client advisory. My expertise spans corporate and personal income tax, as well as international taxation.

Transfer pricing. I have coordinated multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing documentation for multinationals, prepared strategic transfer pricing advice, and implemented transfer pricing strategies at an operational level.

Strategic tax advice. I integrate tax considerations into broader legal and commercial strategies, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver practical and sustainable solutions. I have held senior in-house and advisory roles, further deepening my understanding of the strategic interface between tax, finance and business operations.

Tax controversy. I have worked on tax controversy matters, supporting  clients in communication with tax authorities and facilitated dispute resolution, prepared applications for tax rulings, APAs, MAPs, and assisted with audit defence.
