The international arbitration court Chamber of Arbitrators at the Union of Lawyers in Belarus (Chamber of Arbitrators, arbchamber.by) has included associates Valeria Dubeshka and Aliaksei Vashkevich in its list of recommended arbitrators.

Valeria focuses on complex international disputes in the fields of international trade and construction.

Aliaksei has experience in resolving corporate and M&A disputes and is also a coordinator of the Young Alternative Dispute Resolution Belarus project in the area of private international law.

Among the recommended arbitrators are also Dispute Resolution & Risk Management partners Valts Nerets from Latvia and Carri Ginter from Estonia as well as country managing partner Kiryl Apanasevich from Belarus.

Valts mostly handles cases involving international trade issues or energy, as well as transport and maritime law. In February 2020 he was included in the closed list of the arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).

Carri is a known arbitration expert, who has also appointed been to the EU-UK Arbitration Panel by the European Council.

At the moment, the list recommends arbitration practitioners from 17 countries, mostly in the EU, Central and Eastern Europe, and Asia.
