Professional highlights

Lending expert. I have advised international finance institutions, investment funds and banks on some of the major cross-border lending transactions involving Belarusian borrowers with total financing exceeding 2.3 billion euros.

Passionate about renewables. As a supporter of the renewable energy sector, I keep an eye on developments and am especially proud of our contribution to implementation of a project that seeks to develop and operate electricity and heating power plants fired by landfill gas in four Belarusian cities.

Quality management enthusiast. I believe in tailoring and maintaining processes that ensure quality. I was an active member of the Sorainen quality management system team for over five years and was recognised as a regional “value keeper” in Sorainen.

Academic background. My Ph.D. thesis on electronic evidence in civil proceedings offers a way to align legislation and law enforcement with IT-intensive reality. Earlier research on the same topic won me an award from the Belarusian Supreme Commercial Court. I believe that strong analytical skills are an essential tool for a lawyer and strive to produce accurate, practical and well-founded solutions for our clients.
