About me
As an assistant lawyer, I work across the Dispute Resolution and M&A, Corporate and Employment practice groups. I support attorneys in transactional and corporate governance matters.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.
Professional highlights
A global perspective. My education has focused on comparative corporate law across EU and US jurisdictions. This global approach enables me to consider legal issues not only within the domestic framework but also in an international context. Working across corporate and litigation teams further broadens my perspective on risk and strategy in business transactions.
Integrity and lifelong learning. I prioritise integrity and continuous professional development. I actively seek opportunities to expand my legal knowledge and skills in order to stay abreast of global legal developments.
Strategic teamwork. I believe effectiveness is built on a clear understanding of shared objectives and a structured, step-by-step approach to achieving them. I value precision, honesty and open communication. A thorough evaluation of potential outcomes helps ensure the strongest possible result.
