About me

I am an attorney-at-law specialising in dispute resolution, helping clients navigate a wide range of civil and administrative disputes. My work is guided by a strategic and practical approach, shaped by experience in both the public and private sectors, having served as the judge’s assistant at the Lithuanian Court of Appeal and worked in Administration of Vilnius City Council. With over 15 years of legal practice, I bring a broad and balanced perspective to every case.

Professional highlights

Dispute resolution. I assist clients in resolving disputes and represent them before courts, including arbitration tribunals. I also specialise in the recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitral decisions in Lithuania. My experience extends to complex construction disputes, particularly those arising from project delays, contractual performance, and quality issues.

Compensation claims. My practice includes claims for compensation for damages, with experience in high-value and complex cases. Together with my team, I represented a major international food processing technology supplier in a EUR 2.5 million dispute over equipment quality, which was resolved amicably. I also defended an international packaging systems producer in a EUR 500,000 claim arising from fire damage, and advised a manufacturer of robotic welding systems in a EUR 700,000 dispute concerning equipment quality.

Media law and protection of honour and dignity. I firmly believe that it is essential to defend freedom of expression and the work of independent media, without undermining other fundamental human rights. I advise journalists, media organisations, and individuals in cases involving the balancing of personal rights and public interests. Together with my team, I have successfully represented a client’s interests before the European Court of Human Rights, defending the right to freedom of expression.
