About me

My primary goal is providing the dispute resolution team with complete and expeditious support. Well-coordinated work and high-quality assistance at all stages when representing clients’ interests and administering cases allows my team to achieve optimal results in resolving disputes.

Professional highlights

International disputes. During my work at Sorainen I have gained extensive and unique experience in representing both Belarusian and foreign clients during transnational arbitration disputes in the IT industry, as well as in international trade at such arbitration institutions as ICC (Paris), VIAC (Vienna), CIETAC (Beijing), and IAC at the BelCCI.

Developing arbitration in Belarus. I regularly join my colleagues in initiatives to promote both Belarusian arbitration and arbitration in Belarus. For instance, I have assisted in organising the 3rd Summer School of International Commercial Arbitration, and participate annually as an arbitrator in the Chamber of Arbitrators Competition, as well as co-authoring articles with my colleagues on topical issues in arbitration.

Participation in moot courts and scientific activity. During my studies at the Belarusian State University I took part in moot courts (Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition, Oxford International Intellectual Property Law Moot Competition), which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in various fields and strengthen my legal drafting and oral presentation skills. I have also been active in the field of research, speaking at conferences and publishing on interesting topics (e.g. international franchising contracts).
