I am an associate with the firm’s Corporate and M&A and Employment teams. Prior to starting in my current position I was with Sorainen as a legal team assistant for several years.

I also assist in implementing changes in corporate structure and drafting documents related to mergers or acquisitions, conducting research in case law and other tasks in this field.
