About me
I focus primarily on employment law, covering employment relations, workplace matters, and employment disputes. Experience in the public and private sectors gives me a broad perspective and a balanced, solutions-oriented approach.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.
Professional highlights
Collaboration and open communication. I value a work environment where people are open and supportive, because good teamwork makes even complex tasks easier. In interactions with colleagues and clients, I prioritise honesty, empathy and honouring agreements.
Challenges as opportunities. I do not see challenges as obstacles but as opportunities to grow. I like to think there are no problems—only unanswered questions—and every question has an answer.
Contribution to the legislative process. Throughout my career, I have contributed by preparing sector-specific amendment proposals as well as draft bills and explanatory memoranda.
