About me
I focus primarily on employment law, covering employment relations, workplace matters, and employment disputes. Experience in the public and private sectors gives me a broad perspective and a balanced, solutions-oriented approach.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.
Professional highlights
Collaboration and open communication. Collaboration and open communication are at the heart of my work philosophy. In my interactions with colleagues and clients, I value honesty, empathy, and adherence to agreements, which foster trust and effective cooperation.
Public Sector Experience. I have extensive and long-standing experience at the Labour Inspectorate, where I worked both as a legal adviser and as the Director General’s legal counsel. This has given me a broad perspective and a thorough understanding of the interests of employees and employers, as well as the practical challenges they face. As a legal counsel, I contributed to the development of key labour law and employment dispute regulations. I participated in drafting laws and implementing acts, and made proposals for legislative amendments that shaped practice and brought substantive improvements.
Comprehensive knowledge and dispute resolution experience. I have over 15 years of experience across various fields, including working as a lawyer in a law firm, where I dealt with different areas of law and represented clients in litigation. I possess in-depth knowledge of legislation governing employment relationships and working environments, as well as solid expertise in administrative and enforcement procedure law. My contribution helps create practices that support business stability, reduce the risk of disputes, and promote workplace harmony.
