About me
My everyday task is to provide full-scale support to the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. Creating perfect conditions for efficient client representation and case administration from “A” to “Z” allows our team to successfully achieve the desired result in all sorts of proceedings.
Professional highlights
International trade disputes. Since joining the team as a trainee in early 2018 I have already gained solid experience in defending the interests of both Belarusian and foreign clients in complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes in the trade, construction, banking, IT and industry sectors, including several highly interesting CISG cases.
Moot courts and academia. While doing my best in the office I also balance practice with completing a law degree at the Belarusian State University and other academic activities and moot courts (e.g. the Willem C. Vis Moot, le Concours européen des droits de l’homme René Cassin). Most recently together with Sorainen colleagues we helped to develop the profile of the Republic of Belarus in the electronic guide dedicated to the 1958 New York Convention.
