As a legal assistant with the firm’s Finance & Insurance team I assist clients in the field of banking, capital markets, fintech and financing. In doing so I rely on theoretical and practical knowledge gained during university studies and various trainings, as well as on time management skills, diligence and critical thinking.
Assisting fintech businesses. I help fintech sector companies to start and operate their business. My work involves leading them through regulatory matters (eg licensing) and advising on other fintech business peculiarities.
Corporate and employment matters. For two years I was a member of the Sorainen Corporate and M&A team, where I gathered valuable experience in corporate and employment law.
Continuous learning and development. I believe that only continuous learning and development enable us to provide the best quality service to our clients and to fully meet their needs. I often participate in conferences on business and innovation in Lithuania and abroad as well as in trainings focusing on corporate, finance, mediation and other matters. I deepened my knowledge in corporate law at a summer school and during studies abroad – for half a year at Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary. There I focused on EU internal market law and on the peculiarities of company mobility in the EU. I am currently seeking a PhD of Law at Mykolas Romeris University.
Valuable experience. Prior to joining Sorainen, I gained valuable experience representing students in university bodies and working at Kaunas Regional Court. For two years I chaired the board of the Students’ Representative Body and took part in the university’s dispute resolution commission. I also represented students on the university senate for four years and was a member of the ELSA organisation.
