About me

As a member of the dispute resolution and risk management team I assist attorneys in solving various issues. I deal with court disputes and international arbitration. I am particularly interested in disputes relating to penal law and fundamental rights.

Under Art. 40 (3) of the Estonian Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers assist attorneys.

Professional highlights

Helping make Estonia internationally visible. I believe that Estonia has an important role to play in the international part. I have represented Estonia during international projects in Germany, Serbia and Portugal and have obtained a youth passport certificate on issues such as civil activism and the fight against discrimination.

Continuous self-improvement. I broadened my horizons by attending the Sorainen Student Academy and the Italian university Roma Tre, where I also participated in a cooperation project between the University and NATO within the framework of the International Humanitarian Law Clinic. I also reached the top three in the Estonian Moot Court Competition with my team.

Motivating and helping others. For two years, I was part of the board of ELSA Estonia, where I organised events that broadened students’ horizons and promoted communication between law students across Europe. I also shared my experience on different higher education open days and led a workshop at the Faculty of Law on the University of Tartu’s Open Doors Day.
